So far this is my favorite Pho place I've been to in Texas. My wife and I go here regularly and love it each time. I suggest the spicy beef pho. It is compared to bún bo hue but it is without the blood cake and steamed pork. So basically it's just noodles and fine sliced beef with all the appropriate veggies that go with. But the flavor is the best in town at least for me. The amount of beef they put in the soup is awesome! There is a bite of beef in each spoonful, you're actually more likely to run out of noodles before the beef. 10/10 I definitely recommend!

So disappointed .
Rice with lemongrass pork - 1 star. Rice is old and dry. Pork barely has lemongrass flavor. Fish sauce blend if that's possible. Even the chili paste was wrong.
Shrimp roll - 3stars average.
Fried spring roll - 1 star. Meat I side didn't taste good.
Rice noodle with chicken - 1 star. Not a whole lot flavor. -

New area for work, so I had to try the "local" Asian cuisine...first place was closed (lingering effects of an extended 4th holiday) so had to find 2nd choice quick as my time for lunch was dwindling down.
Found this place and ordered my usual pho no meat and tried their grilled chicken spring rolls. I he service was pleasant, quick and attentive to my hydration needs (a common error I find in food establishments the refilling of water is typically lagging or nonexistent).
The spring rolls were plump, but a little shy on the chicken...but when I got a sufficient taste of the chicken, it was good (so, if they read this, that would be my one and only complaint).
The pho was excellent...broth flavorful and not with much floating oil on top. They were prompt when I asked for extra basil, which left no wait time for me to start the in taking of the soup. Plenty of noodles...when I left there wasn't much liquid at the bottom of the bowl.
I did see someone write negatively of their service, so either that "rude" service person wasn't working or doesn't work there anymore or...(you fill in the rest)...
Most definitely returning here...had to grab their to go menu so I can strategically plan the next meal. -

So happy to find this! Excellent service. Clean. Food was made just like what we had at our dearest Vietnamese friends' house in Asia! Flavored just right if not perfect. We're definitely coming back.
Update: We came here when they first opened. Decided to go back on this very cold day. Very disappointed. We're not coming back. Quality of the food has gone down. Can't believe we only got one small branch of welted basil for four bowls of pho. Had to ask for lettuce for our fried egg roll. Never got the pickles that comes with the egg roll.
